Every May, my husband and I (and several other family members and friends) go to Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We stay at a wonderful, all-inclusive resort and spend 5 days being spoiled. The first year we swam with the dolphins, among other activities, and I still love watching the video of that experience. Last year, I went parasailing for the first time ever. If you've never done it and you have the chance, I recommend it. It is amazing.We are leaving this week-end and won't be back until the end of next week so there will not be any new posts until Monday, June 2nd.
